Abstract

In the following pages we will show the «positive» side that, usually, the Spanish Electoral Law presented, during the 19th and early 20th centuries, characterized by a remarkable modernity. We will also analyse which type of electoral system predominated on the Electoral History born in Spain, on the year of 1810.
