The acknowledgement of the entitlement to honor legal persons has always been a controversial issue by the doctrine and jurisprudence. Proof of this is the extensive case law that attempted to divide a matter of complex and diffuse profiles. With the STC 79/2014 is not only an express acknowledgement of such ownership is done but reopened the debate about the degree of criticism tolerance that must withstand political parties as a criterion weighting conflict between freedom of public communication and the right to honor.Downloads
