Currently the essence of European integrationis in crisis: the idea of an open and continuous process in the economy and in the politics. Restart the debate on the political model of integration and its democratic modes of articulation is also recovering the very essential aims of the integration process, and the story of the European project. It is proposed to explicitly discuss new model of legitimacy to Europe, through a Confederal Pact between States and citizens.Downloads
