Política antiplagio y uso de la Inteligencia Artificial
The journal aims to guarantee the originality and quality of the content published, and in the event of suspicion of plagiarism, it adopts the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) regarding plagiarism in submissions received and redundant publications as its anti-plagiarism policy.
In accordance with the journal's code of ethics, the evaluation process emphasises both the detection of plagiarism and self-plagiarism, as well as vigilance in the face of possible redundant publications or those based on falsified or manipulated data. The Editorial Board, on its own initiative or alerted by the reviewers, will take into account suspicions about a text, gather the available evidence, and determine whether such malpractice is involved.
In the event that plagiarism, whether total or partial, is identified, the manuscript will be rejected immediately and the author will be notified.
The Editorial Board also reserves the right to disavow published papers that are subsequently found to be unreliable as a result of unintentional errors, fraud or scientific malpractice, including plagiarism and redundant or duplicate publication, in accordance with the Journal's policy on errata, corrections and retractions.
In the instance that Artificial Intelligence is used at any stage of the research presented, authors are required to clearly highlight this in the footnote at the beginning of the article, clearly stating the section, data or images in which Artificial Intelligence has been used. This indication is intended to indicate to reviewers and readers about the use of this technology, providing greater transparency, as well as a better understanding of its application in the research presented. It is at the discretion of the editorial team whether to accept the paper.
