Throughout the wall paintings recovered at the Chapel of the Martyrs in the Benedictine Monastery of Cárdena, an approach is held to the iconography and symbolism of colours and shapes. The architectural ítems are changed by polychrome inte sculptural volumes with a meaningful significance.
