El Conde de Caylus y los orígenes del imaginario moderno

Se utilizan las distintas facetas de la biografía del conde de Caylus (1692-1765) para determinar su importancia histórica por su papel jugado en el momento en el que está naciendo el imaginario moderno, el museo imaginario que eclosiona en el siglo XX y del que hablan Benjamin y Malraux.
In this essay I will review the different dimensions of count Caylus' biography (1692-1765) in order to analyse his history importance at the moment of the birthi of the museum without walls studied later by Benjamin and Malraux.
