Started from the fact that rural áreas are in essence places where activities and services are widely spaced and where there are less services than in urban áreas, this article aims to stand out the importance of knowing both the service location and the accessibility to all of them by the rural people. Infrastructures have an important role to understand territorial models and it will be interest to rural development policy for meeting the rural inaccessibility probiem and the restructuring of the services in order to fix the population.
