Psicoterapia cognitivo-narrativa: la construcción hermenéutica de los significados alternativos.

Resumen

Las psicoterapias cognitivas están experimentando grandes cambios conceptuales. En los más recientes desarrollos de la teoría cognitiva han aparecido una creciente orientación constructivista junto con un modelo narrativo de los procesos de conocimiento. Estos cambios prueban la necesidad de desarrollar nuevas metodologías terapéuticas que sean capaces de efectuar grandes cambios en los procesos de conocimiento. Este artículo intenta tratar estas cuestiones presentando una ilustración de una nueva metodología terapéutica a la cual nos referiremos como psicoterapia cognitivo-narrativa.
