Resumen

En este artículo se revisa la concepción constructivista de la emoción como parte del proceso de atribución de significado a la experiencia. Se discuten los principales enfoques contemporáneos de la emoción, y en especial el de la Psicología de los Constructos Personales (PCP). Por último, se elaboran algunas de las implicaciones de lo antedicho para la psicoterapia.
