DBT is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach that incorporates innovative therapeutic elements in order to treat the dysfunctional pattern of behaviour of borderline personality. One of these components is mindfulness. The aim of this work is to describe mindfulness skills in DBT. First we will describe briefly DBT and how mindfulness skills suit in the program.
