Abstract

In this article therapy is considered as an interpersonal process that focuses on the exchange of meanings between patient and therapist. In the case presented here symbolic or analogical language is used as a means to facilitate interpersonal communication. Specially, dreams offer the possibility of sharing and elaborating experiences that otherwise can not be analyzed.
