The aim of this report is to illustrate the understanding, the approach, and the therapeutic process in the case of a girl teenager who shows signs of extreme personality disorder and eating disorder - restrictive anorexia type, through the evolutionary theory of the Moral Development. To do it, y will base my article on the three supervision sessions hold following this model.
