Hermeneutics arise as a mean of interpretation of particular realities, positioned in a subjective dimension, which denotes possibilities of approchement from a dialogic dimension, oriented to the need to generate discursive interactions focused on the possibility of interpretation as a mean of comprehension, from a psychotherapeutic level in the particular suffering. The contributions of Dilthey, Heidegger and Gadamer, are a theoretical development exemplary in the human comprehension based on an ontology of the language, being these elements of a broad practical usefulness in regard to its application in instances of support at a psychotherapeutic level. This article compromises a detailed review of the work of these authors and their respective contributions in the construction of therapeutic possibilities focused on the comprehensive approach of individual suffering.
