Comments to the change process through an interview

Through the analysis of a transcription of an interview Carl Rogers points out the basis to stablish the conditions that promote psychological changes in psychotherapy. The main factors of this process are: positive unconditional regard, empathy, congruence and authenticity of the psychotherapist.
