Abstract

This paper provides an overview of the construction of the Spanish Autonomous State using the business-analysis tools. In this sense, it makes a sketch of the development of the decentralization processin Spain in the light of its key players, its stakeholders. To conclude, a final note calls for an increase in both competitive and cooperative federalism and in solidarity as the guarantees of stability and effectiveness of the system.
