This paper analyses the EU Anti-corruption Report, which is a new instrument developed by European Union to fight against corruption inside the EU and within EU member States. The first EU Anti-corruption Report will be released during second part of 2013. Our analysis focuses on the procedures of its elaboration and also explains its structure and contents.Downloads
