Happiness is something everybody is longing for, so this paper discuss on the relationship between satisfaction felt by people, their personality variables and their everyday activities. If we manage to find out these relationships, in the future we will be able to determine the factors that allow us to be happier and more satisfied people. Thus, first at all, we intend to set up whether such relationships exist and, secondly, how people who are the most satisfied with their lives, are related with the other two variables above mentioned. In order to achieve these objectives, we will work with 89 people, including 63 women and 24 men. Three questionnaires are going to be asked to fulfill: a satisfaction scale, an Inventory of Personality and finally, day-time distribution items.Downloads
