Twenty years of jihadist terrorism in the National High Court and the Supreme Court case law

This paper presents a phenomenological portrait of yihadist terrorism through the case law of the Supreme Court and the National High Court. Moreover, some problematic dynamics that arise with the prosecution and conviction of these kind of offenses are also shown.
