Abstract

La fotografía nace en un espacio político «estable», entendiendo por esto que las convulsiones emanadas de las revoluciones del verano de 1830 se encuentran muy amortiguadas, cuando no virtualmente olvidadas; tan sólo Bélgica, convertida en Estado independiente pero bajo las formas monárquicas, es el menguado resultado de la gran tormenta liberal que intentó desestabilizar la imperturbabilidad de los regímenes edificados a la manera que el Congreso de Viena sancionara en 1815.
