Las Bienales Hispanoamericanas de Arte, certamen internacional convocado oficialmente por el Estado español e inscrito en su «política de la Hispanidad», se desarrolló durante la década de 1950, precisamente durante la cual también la plástica venezolana, gracias a la profundización en las investigaciones constructivistas, es decir, gracias al arte cinético y trabajos ópticos, comenzó a conseguir aceptación y audiencia internacional.Downloads
