Abstract

This article introduces strategies that can be used to deal with the growing phenomenon of the internationalization of distance education. The National University of La Plata (UNLP) has been working together with other universities from Latin America and Spain on a joint project in order to exchange scientific, technological and educational resources through a web-based campus. We present the general characteristics of this project and the actions that are being carried out by the UNLP, taking into account both the similarities and the differences that exist between the participating groups.
