Under the need of preparing the academic personnel participating in the planning and development of continuous education distance academic acts offered by the Autonomous National University of Mexico, was accomplished a workshop for the use of tools of dominance software common, by means on Internet. It is commented and analyzed the experience in the planning process, execution and evaluation of the workshop in order to offer elements of support to the educators and trainers parties in developing courses, workshops or diploma on line. It is made emphasis in the use of these tools toward the promotion of the learning.Downloads
