The repetition of sounds in a verse (alliteration) or the substitution of part of its phonemes for others in the words (phonemic alternation) are facts that are studied in this essay. The case caused by proparoxytone words in contiguity or proximity is also added to the cases of phonemic alternation, and in particular that of the toponyms.
