Abstract

ABSTRACT

In this article it raises the necessity of an educational previous diagnostic of the students academical motivation Primary School and an after tutorial action with right strategies to motivate the students into the school learning. The described research objectives revolve around the diagnostic of the educational motivation generating causes and of the elaboration of proposals about tutorial actions in the field of the interest and willingly development to the school learning. As a researcher methodology it was used an exploration questionnaire about the students motivating competences and an events study with a qualitative character in their School Centers. The conclusions show us that the Physics Education, Plastic and Natural Sciences Areas are the most motivating to the students and the less are Music and Technology. The tutor teachers should be encourage to the students through the cooperative, motivating and creative work using psycho-educational strategies and techniques that increase the students interest and willingly by the whole of the curriculum subjects
