Behavioral treatment of a case of ego-dystonic homosexuality.

Abstract

In this article the treatment of a ego-dystonic homosexual with shame aversion, orgasmic reconditioning and self exposure is described. At the end of 5 years follow-up the patient was much improved, with an important reduction in target problems and an overall adaptation.
