The author describes the therapeutic experience of his work group about sexual according to a systemic oriented approach. He describes the figure of the abusing adult: more frequently an abusing person is an abused who abuses himself. He justifies or deceives the abuse because he is convinced that his view of the world is the objective reality and his behavior is coherent with the reality itself. He identifies three different kind of organization about abusing family systems which correspond to different sets of believes. He underlines the importance of a common intervention to mobilize the resources of different human systems that overwhelm the family and the abuse child. It’s difficult to find the way to enter into contact with the abusing system because it rules out the possibility of dialogue.
