Audiovisual resources in sexual and couples therapy

In this article we analyze a group of audiovisual resources encompassing them within the context of sex and/or couples counselling. Audiovisual resources are a useful and effective tool to be used at various moments during the therapeutic process, facilitating the emotional connection and management and the learning of functional, relational and/or emotional-sexual skills which are deficient or in conflict. Specifically, we made reference to songs and music videos, couple, erotic and pornographic films, documentaries and radio and television programs, showing an illustrative and suggestive selection with the aim of promoting creativity and of expanding the resource range of the psychotherapy.
