Psicoterapia de los Estados Niño del Yo

En este artículo se explora el método de Regresión a periodos evolutivos previos utilizando el concepto de Análisis Transaccional sobre los Estados Niño del Yo, junto con el planteamiento de una relación terapéutica sintónica. Los métodos de psicoterapia incluyen la indagación fenomenológica e histórica acerca de las sensaciones corporales y de los afectos a fin de poder formular, con ayuda de la inferencia, un perfil sobre las experiencias emocionales tempranas de la vida del o la cliente. Se presentan descripciones de caso clínico que permiten diferenciar el proceso terapéutico de re-experienciar, respecto al proceso de re-vivir que puede tener un resultado retraumatizante.
