Abstract

En este artículo presentamos los resultados obtenidos a partir del análisis de la situación de los trabajadores de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, como beneficiarios del sistema de Formación Continua. Se analizan las principales características de este colectivo, así como las necesidades de formación que manifiestan.

ABSTRACT

In this work we present the results obtained from the analysis of employee's situation, as beneficiaries of permanent training system. The most significant features of this group are analysed, together with its training requirements.
