Abstract:Language is an essential component of the law. The law and the justice are expressed with words. The juridic languages have historically been expresed from the male slant. This is a trial of new wording of certain passages of the Spanish Constitution (the preamble and the articles 1 to 29) trying to overcome their male slant without changing the juridic substance.
