Abstract

In this article the author defends the idea that to understand the Cuban migration process it is necessary to make an analysis of Cuban migration policy. That is why the main objective is to provide the vision that Cuban men and women, settled in Spain, have on current Cuban immigration legislation. For this, we rely on qualitative research that reviews in depth the discourses and narratives of Cuban emigrants related to this issue, as well as a set of guidelines on Cuban migration.
