The current process of wild globalisation has changed the landscape of powers and their attacks on basic rights. The future of the system of legal guarantees and of the guarantees applicable to peace and basic rights depends greatly, therefore, on the global expansion of the categories of constitutionalism and system of legal guarantees developed within our national democracies.
