Abstract

The work subject of comment is directed by Arzoz Santisteban and focuses on analyzing the potential that has the directive to articulate ordinamental pluralism generated by the process of European integration in our territorial order. But the theory has to be contrasted with the practical reality. It is very interesting to read this book because it affects precisely in this legal standard and analysis the development that has in practice: is really their practice friendly with this ordinamental pluralism? The truth is that as it is revealed in the book on the theory we start from the known principle of institutional autonomy, the practice may attached to produce a domain of the central State in the transposition of the EU law.
