Abstract

The aim of this paper was to review the current knowledge about work addiction. This disorder is conceptualized as a behavioral addiction and the psychopathological features are analyzed. Moreover the main measurement tools are described and some therapeutic approaches are suggested. Finally, future research goals are commented upon.
