Abstract

Profile of the Catalan-language writer Catarina Albert i Paradís, Víctor Català, as well as her relevance in the Catalan literary system and, in particular, the development of her projection through the continuous translations of her books into Spanish. Attention to the author’s contact with her translators and to her follow-up work on their translations during her life, as well as to the criteria, dilemmas and options taken into account by the later translators.
