“The Loving Parody in Francesc Trabal” Era una dona com les altres

Abstract

This paper focuses on the detailed analysis of parody in “Era una dona com les altres” (1932), one of the novels that has received less attention from the scientific community. For this reason, the paper reviews the previous contributions on the consideration of the work of Trabal, defines and delimits the concept of parody, and applies it to the novel, specifically in relation to one of the motifs of the psychological novel: love triangle.
