Este artículo explora nuevas perspectivas de trabajo en la aplicación de métodos cuantitativos y textométricos al estudio de la presencia de las literaturas nacionales en la bibliografía crítica, especialmente de la literatura cubana. A través de la definición, cálculo y análisis de la evolución de lo que hemos denominado el Índice de Presencia de una Literatura Nacional (IPLN) y de la aplicación de herramientas digitales pretendemos abrir nuevas vías de trabajo en este campo.
