Abstract

The globalization is a process of intensification of the interconnections between the different sectors inside the world scene, which has affected in the state legal authorities, and in the traditional vision of the democracy and of the paper of the national Constitutions. Certain international organizations have assumed a protagonism that till now had exercised the State, and between them, the OECD, that across his aims, his functions and the way of adopting decisions, affects in the definition of public policies. The present study tries to explain the development of the OECD, and his influence in the current world in which the relations of power have overcome his traditional consideration.
