Abstract

At work the proclamations of freedom of conscience, religion and worship held in the Bolivarian Constitution of Venezuela are analyzed; for this purpose, the analysis begins in the constitutional process, continuing the text adopted and the laws of development, especially focusing on treatment of indigenous communities, culminating with the case law to the effect produced.
