Los conciertos educativos y la libertad de elección de centro educativo

Resumen

Los conciertos en el sistema educativo tratan de garantizar el cumplimiento efectivo del derecho a la educación, y del derecho de los padres a elegir el tipo de educación que deseen para sus hijos conforme a sus convicciones religiosas, ideológicas, etc ya sea en un colegio público o privado. En el presente trabajo trataremos de demostrar la necesidad de esta educación, ya que apuesta por una educación inclusiva que favorece al máximo el desarrollo de todo el alumnado.
