Abstract

After numerous works dedicated to preparatory acts and their difficult adaptation to the principles of a criminal law proper to the democratic State of Law, in this work Alberto Alonso Rimo delves into the complex analysis of the subjective elements of this type of crime, and, in particular, into the question of the intensity that they require, both in the case of a single perpetrator and in those cases in which the conduct is preparatory to the subsequent criminal act of a third party. This latter aspect also obliges it to review and apply the rules of criminal participation.
