This paper considers the need for reinforced protection in the provision of domestic work. We pay attention to the situation of the collective and, later, we assess whether criminal situations may occur. We try to show how the situation of domestic workers complies the legal requirements of certain elements that, in the context of labor crimes, generally restrict the effectiveness of the law.
