Prawo i Sprawiedliwość, el hijo nacionalcatólico de Solidaridad

Resumen

El artículo tiene como objetivo describir el origen y evolución hacia el poder de Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Ley y Justicia), actual partido gobernante de Polonia. A través de la consulta con bibliografía del país y obras de algunos de sus protagonistas, se pretende dar un análisis descriptivo de su configuración ideológica. Especialmente se subraya la vinculación con el sindicato Solidaridad, el fuerte liderazgo de los hermanos gemelos Kaczynski y la relación estrecha con la Iglesia Católica. Aspectos que ayudan a llegar a la conclusión de considerar al PiS como una organización populista de discurso nacionalcatólico, que le convierte en el principal impulsor del discurso euroescéptico en la UE.

Abstract
Article aims to describe the origin and evolution towards the power of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice), current Polish governing party. Through consultation with the country’s literature and works of some of its protagonists, it is intended to give a descriptive analysis of their ideological configuration. Especially the link with the trade union Solidarity, the strong leadership of the twin brothers Kaczynski and the close relationship with the Catholic Church stresses. Aspects that help conclude considering the PiS as a populist organization catholic national speech, which makes it the main driver of Eurosceptic discourse in the EU.
