Este artículo plantea la psicoterapia sexual y de pareja de una forma integradora, desde una perspectiva constructivista y sistémica. Desarrolla a este propósito el concepto de holón, como conjunto de varios sistemas de constructos, relativos a la dimensión reproductiva, de género, erótica y de vinculación afectiva de la sexualidad. Ofrece sugerencias para un tratamiento integral y ejemplifica su aplicación con un caso en el que se combinan la terapia sexual y la de pareja.
