ESTUDIO DE LA MADUREZ VOCACIONAL DE LOS ESTUDIANTES ESPAÑOLES DE EDUCACIÓN SECUNDARIA MEDIANTE EL CAREER DEVELOPMENT INVENTORY-SCHOOL FORM

Resumen

Se trata de una investigación empírica dirigida a estudiarla madurez vocacional de los estudiantes españoles de secundaria. Tras examinar los fundamentos de la forma escolar del CDI, el estudio, a partir de una amplia nuestra representativa de los estudiantes de secundaria a nivel nacional, (aporta datos sobre la estabilidad y la estructura factorial del constructo que pretende evaluar la prueba. En segundo lugar, el trabajo ofrece los resultados acerca de la efectividad del Programa de Entrenamiento de la Carrera utilizando el CDI como criterio.

ABSTRACT

The article exposes an empirical research focusing on studying the vocational development of Spanish students in secondary education. The conceptual basis of the CDI-School Form are studied by using a broaden significant sample of students at the national level. Data about stability and factor structure of the construct assessed by the test are presented. Secondly, the paper offers the results obtained refered to the Career Training
Program efectiveness, by using the CDI as evahtation criteria.
