Abstract

This article proposes to be a walk through Segovia, of which Maria Zambrano writes about and that she remembers from a distance in La ciudad ausente (The absented city) and what she longs for in Un lugar en la palabra, Segovia (A place in the word, Segovia).

Segovia is dream and truth. The city is not just history, it beats, lives and walks towards a human meeting place. That public space links together past and future with the juncture, with the City Council, common house which combines and expects, the protection of the Sustainable Development Goals and the Urban Agenda as a sense, which orientate their steps towards the common goods.

Social work and E-social work propose participation and governance strategies. Especially through the authenticity of transparency, collaboration in a shared world, rigorous interventions and evaluation based on facts, achieving thought communication a more harmonious cohabitation in the city. City that is protected by its inhabitants and surroundings and it has to be taken care of from now and for generations to come.
