The research is located within the framework of the phenomenological paradigm, using as a method the case study and as a data collection technique the semi-directive interview, based on a script elaborated by themes, on which different reactions were obtained from the people. The results obtained show that the social intervention of Social Work in Primary Care Social Services is based on the creation and maintenance of the professional intervention context, prevailing a relationship of help alliance where emotions, feelings and ideas are shared and a link between the social worker and the user being important for each other. The article provides new information on the social intervention of social work from the narrations of the users in relation to the abuses of power to the user, making paternalistic metaphysical violence evident.Downloads
