In this academic survey a group of Constitutional Law Professors answer some questions about the electoral system, the differences between proportional and mayority systems, the influence of the electoral system in the party system, the origin of the electoral system in Spain, and the procedural ways of a possible reform and the possible changes on it in order to get a better representation of the social plurality.Downloads
