Abstract

This paper explores the legal challenges presented by neuro-rights and people with enhanced abilities, superhumans, in the context of contemporary law. Through a comprehensive analysis, the legal implications of neurotechnologies, the protection of fundamental rights, and the need to adapt the existing legal framework to address the new realities that these emerging technologies impose are examined. Issues such as criminal imputability, civil liability, and specific regulations around privacy and personal autonomy are
addressed.
