Abstract

In this paper the characteristics and similarities between law and education are shown; the main feature is a substantial coincidence of the object studied; related in the same order, it exposed the structure pedagogy and the way how is work, the purposes and objects of that science, it explains that pedagogy has an organizer prescriptive function to achieve effectiveness of education, Finally the importance of educational theory for the transmission of legal knowledge is exposed.
